1 Second Spacebar Test
Pure reaction burst — one second, all throttle.
The 1 second spacebar test is the purest burst check there is: your timer starts the instant you press space and closes before you can second-guess a rhythm. Hit the key with both thumbs alternating if you can — even a small delay between thumb swaps costs you in a window this short. Anything above 9 CPS here is elite; most people land in the 4–7 range on their first run.

On touch screens, tapping the pad counts as presses once a run has launched. Key repeats (holding the bar down) are ignored — only real presses count.
